    According to the latest admissions review, ITMO University is ranked among the top 5 universities in Russia that demonstrated great performances in terms of the overall quality of their admissions campaigns. The average Unified State Exam (USE) score among ITMO’s first-year students in 2021 has increased compared to previous figures and now reaches 93.7.

  • Student Spotlight: Sharaf Ahdaf Souf, Bangladesh

    Sharaf is an international student at ITMO who came to St. Petersburg from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently enrolled in ITMO’s Russian-language Foundation Program and will pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from next semester.   • Russian Government to Invest Three Billion Rubles in ITMO Highpark

    In 2021, the Russian Government will allocate three billion rubles to construct ITMO’s world-class research, education, and innovation center in the satellite city Yuzhny, Pushkinsky District. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the associated order on December 23. Another two billion rubles will be granted by the Government of St. Petersburg until the end of the year. The next round of financing is scheduled for 2022-2024.
