Health Week at ITMO U

Description

Healthy lifestyle will be the focus of the upcoming health week. Students will be able to participate in a variety of events and those who participate in three or more will be eligible to receive a special prize (Lomonosova 9, room 1201).

March 21, 1.30 pm - interactive lecture "Secrets of manipulation: Tobacco"  at Lomonosova 9, room 1223

March 22 5 - 6.30 pm "Sports and nutrition" masterclass" at Lomonosova 9, room 1411

March 20 - 23 - health screenings that include six parameters at medical centers on Kroversky Prospect (room 205) and Lomonosova 9, (room 2213).

March 20 - 24 - exhibition  or soviet retro health posters in the hall of the second floor on Lomonosova, 9.

March 23, 3 pm - Lets play Darts! at Vsyazemski Pereulok gym

March 24, 3 - 5 pm - volleyball sitting down at Vsyazemski Pereulok gym
